1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items may have limited delivery options depending on your location.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items that require expedited delivery.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Jmel’s is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
