Return & Refund Policy – Jmel’s

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

    • Perishable goods (fresh food, dairy, produce, frozen items).

    • Opened snacks or beverages.

    • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, razors).

    • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive products.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Items purchased through third-party sellers.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already shipped.

    • Photos if applicable

  2. We will send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
